Incredible $30 Map-Making Software Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream

Following a brief run back in April, this cartography software collection is back for a limited time that lasts until Dec. 2. Hailed as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by ProFantasy Software over the years, the entire collection carries a value of over $1,300. Primary Feature

The big draw is definitely permanent access to the CC3+ software, a professional-grade mapping application which enables users to generate various types including epic fantasy landscapes, smaller regional maps, urban layouts, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

The most affordable option, starting at just one dollar, includes only four of the 39 total items: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This package suits cartographers who already have CC3+, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, and more than 70 urban floorplans.

Mid-Range Option

The eight-item bundle for at least $15 is where things get more interesting by adding in permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from the company's ongoing subscription program which includes multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from multiple angles. And the Tome of Ultimate Mapping is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

Every volume of Cartographer's Annual are included here, plus numerous additional tools and content enabling creators to craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, dungeons, cities, and land masses from almost any perspective. You can even design character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the complete collection is so worth it, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly more advantageous for cartography beginners considering you even get introductory guides to facilitate learning. The sole limitation though the purchase is available on any platform, the software is only usable on Windows.
